Main Features

The molded product has high compressive strength, good density, good frost resistance, and accurate size. The four guide columns are plated with chromium and have good torsional strength and wear resistance. The separator adopts sensor and hydraulic proportional drive technology, producing forced centrifugal discharge under the action of the swing arm and arc breaking mechanism, so that the separation is rapid and uniform, and production efficiency is improved. Mold and indenter positioning is more accurate, using low mold orientation vertical, directional vibration, and upper mold pressure vibration, producing blocks of uniform density and high strength, greatly improving production efficiency.
