Hydraulic pressure technology is adopted by this machine, the pressure can be as high as 60Mpa, so the blocks produced are of good quality, large density and high strength. Four guidepost, the moulds rise/drop steadily.
Adopt the proportional valves, can adjust the pressure through PLC control system. There are two oil cylinder on top mould and one oil cylinder under down mould, up and down press at same time, the brick is much stonger. There is the touch screen attached in PLC control box, can adjust the pressure through the touch screen, it is so easy.
Adopt the plunger pump and proportional valves, the pressure is double. All mould use precise wire cutting and carburizing heat treatment to prolong its service life. The machine frame is made of special thick steel and using special welding techniques. The whole machine is strong and durable.
