- Adopt intelligent PLC control, man-machine interface, automatic fault diagnosis, vibration system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional valve control, realizing low frequency feeding and high frequency vibration molding, installing multi-row mixing fork cloth system, can quickly and evenly release materials into the mold box.
- The storage and distribution device adopt closed electric roller drive, strictly controls the storage amount of small hopper, so as to be used with delivery, and prevent the concrete from being liquefied in advance by aftershocks, affecting the fabric.
QT4-15 Cement Block Forming Machine’s main technical characteristics: Advanced hydraulic system and electro-hydraulic integration system is adopted to control, simple in operating, reliable in running.
