Our fully automatic block machine QT10-15 comes with a hydraulic stacker system and can easily achieve a large capacity. It has the following advantages:

• Special hydraulic stacking machine: Equipped with a special hydraulic stacking machine, it ensures a large production capacity and automatic operation. At the same time, it reduces labor, conservation area, and overall investment.
• Semi-closed forced spiral discharging system: This system makes material discharge much quicker and more even.
• Closed electric roller drive: The device for material storage and discharging uses a closed electric roller drive. It strictly controls the storage quantity of the small hopper, sending the concrete exactly when needed, which prevents liquefaction in advance caused by aftershocks.

QT10-15 machine’s molding cycle is 15s. The machine power is 50.8KW and the voltage is 380V/50Hz (adjustable).
