• Clean the Equipment: After the daily work is completed, the dust, soil and remaining materials on the brick-making machine should be promptly cleaned to prevent the accumulation of materials from corroding the equipment.
• Check the Components: Check whether the connecting bolts of each component are loose. If loose, tighten them in a timely manner. Check whether the tension of the conveyor belt is appropriate, as well as the lubrication and wear conditions of the chain, and make adjustments and lubrication when necessary.
• Clean the Molds: Clean the sundries and remaining brick chips on the surface of the molds to keep the molds clean and smooth, so as to ensure the forming quality of the Bricks.

Regular Maintenance
• Replace the Lubricating Oil: According to the requirements of the equipment instruction manual, regularly replace the lubricating oil in parts such as the speed reducer and the hydraulic system to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
• Check the Vulnerable Parts: Regularly check the wear conditions of vulnerable parts such as the hammer heads, liners and vibration motors. If the wear is severe, replace them in a timely manner to avoid affecting the performance of the equipment.
• Calibrate the Sensors: Calibrate the pressure sensors, displacement sensors, etc. on the brick-making machine to ensure the control accuracy and stability of the equipment.

Handling of Special Situations
• Fault Repair: When the equipment malfunctions, stop it in a timely manner for inspection, find out the cause of the fault and carry out repairs. In case of complex faults, contact professional technicians for repair in a timely manner and do not disassemble it blindly.
• Maintenance for Long-term Shutdown: If the brick-making machine needs to be shut down for a long time, clean the inside and outside of the equipment thoroughly, apply anti-rust oil to each moving part, and cover it with plastic film to prevent the equipment from rusting and being damaged.
